Refund and Cancellation Policy

Founding pre-orders

• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before launch and get the full amount back.
• If the service does not launch, every pre-order is refunded in full.

Annual plans after launch

• Within 14 days of payment, and as long as no more than one backup run has completed on your account, you can cancel and get the amount you paid back minus a 15% cancellation fee. The fee covers payment processing charges and taxes that cannot be recovered.
• After 14 days, or once a second backup run has completed, the payment is not refundable. The plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
• A plan bought through a payment link does not renew by itself.

If we end a plan

If we end a paid plan for a reason other than a breach of the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [REAL DATA REQUIRED: support email] from the address on your payment receipt and include the payment id from the Razorpay receipt. We confirm within two working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks usually credit them within 5 to 7 working days.
