The service is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Founding pre-orders

Access starts on launch day. We email you at the address on your payment receipt with the steps to sign in, link a machine and start the agent. Your first year starts on that day.

Plans bought after launch

Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed: sign in with GitHub, link a machine and run the agent. If the plan is not active on your account within 24 hours of payment, write to [REAL DATA REQUIRED: support email] and we either fix it or refund the payment in full.
